This module is a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of NVC consciousness under the guidance of Irmtraud Kaushat, an experienced trainer and mentor. Together, we will explore what NVC consciousness means and assess where you are on your journey of growth.

Participants will have the chance to present a theoretical input, an exercise, or a concept for a session on a topic of their choice (approximately 20 minutes) and receive feedback from both participants and the trainer/assessor. Please inform Irmtraud in advance if you wish to present. Before starting the feedback process, there will be a short introduction on NVC-based feedback as a reminder.

The training will also focus on practicing dance floors and providing feedback related to their use, offering a rich space to refine your skills and deepen your understanding of this method. Additionally, we will work with key differentiations (refer to the CPP) and the self-assessment matrix “Pathways to Liberation,” giving you a clear idea of where to take your next step in development.
